President Trump is reviewing a bi-partisan budget deal as the clock ticks toward a second government shutdown. At the White House today, Trump said he will be looking for "landmines" in the compromise legislation. He also said he does not want to see another shutdown. Trump continued to insist that a massive border wall is being built on the southern border. He said a "great wall" will be completed. One quarter of the government is set to run out of money again at the end of the week.
