Border Wall Supporters Form Human Chain

Supporters of tough immigration policy are trying to physically call attention to the need for a border wall. A group of them traveled to the border between New Mexico and Mexico Saturday, just northwest of El Paso, Texas. Waving flags and chanting build a wall, they linked arms and formed something like a human wall across an open area of the border. President Trump is headed to El Paso today for a rally, a city he claims has gotten safer since a barrier went up in 2008.

The president tweeted just last week that "tremendous numbers of people are coming up through Mexico in the hopes of flooding our Southern Border. We have sent additional military. We will build a Human Wall if necessary."
