Frigid cold temperatures are causing thousands of flights to be grounded. More than 25-hundred flights are canceled across the country with about 22-hundred delayed, according to Flightaware. Chicago's O'Hare and Midway International Airports have been impacted the most by cancellations and delays. Also feeling the effects are passengers coming through Minneapolis/Saint Paul International. Southwest Airlines had the most combined cancellations and delays of any other airline. The cold weather has prompted states of emergency declared in Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin.
