President Trump thinks Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is "afraid of the truth." During a White House photo-op today, Trump responded to Pelosi pulling the plug on the State of the Union address in the House chamber. Pelosi rescinded Trump's invitation until after the partial government shutdown is over. Trump is expected to make the address somewhere else on Tuesday night. In earlier remarks, Trump warned that the shutdown may go on for awhile. The partial shutdown is in its second month, affecting roughly 800-thousand government employees.
