A 21 year old woman is in critical condition after she was shot and the car she was riding in was riddled with bullets on the city’s north side early Monday, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say the driver of the car made it to a gas station at 281 and Nakoma to get help. EMS was called and the victim was transported to University Hospital for a bullet wound to the side.
Police found seven gunshot holes in the side of their car. The victim did say they were shot while driving down Loop 410, but they didn’t know the shooter, or know why their car was fired upon.
