Senator Lindsey Graham is asking the president to declare a national emergency for border wall funding. The South Carolina Republican took to Twitter to tell President Trump to "build a wall NOW." Earlier this week, Graham said he does not see a "pathway forward" after Trump refused to sign a series of stopgap bills proposed by Senate Republicans. This comes as the government enters into the 21st day of a partial government shutdown, tying the record for the longest shutdown in U.S. history.
