An argument between two men in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Windcrest led to one of the pair hospitalized with a bullet wound, and the other in police custody, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to the Villas of Windcrest in the 8800 block of Willmon Way shortly before midnight.
They were told that after a brief confrontation, one of the men pulled a gun and shot the other man.
The victim was rushed to SAMMC in extremely critical condition.
The gunman was still on the scene when police arrived and was arrested.
