One man was shot, and a second man was badly beaten, when an early morning argument turned violent, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to a home on Jarbet St., which is just east of Martin Luther King Park, but officers were told that the incident happened elsewhere.
One man had been shot, and he was rushed to the hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
A second man had been badly beaten and was being treated on the scene.
Police were told the incident actually happened on Tomrob Dr., which is several blocks away.
Detectives have a lot of questions for witnesses, including why the two injured men were driven to another house several blocks away before EMS was called.
