Two dozen migrants are being detained after trying to breach border on New Year's Eve. The group was among 150 migrants who stormed the border near San Diego last night, forcing border agents to fire tear gas and pepper spray at the crowd. Some migrants even threw rocks at agents. About a third of the group turned back immediately after being met with force.
