Baylor topped Vanderbilt 45-38 at the Texas Bowl in Houston. Bears quarterback Charlie Brewer threw for 384 yards and two touchdowns and ran 109 yards and another score. He threw a 52-yard score to Marques Jones with less than two minutes remaining and a 75-yard bomb to Trestan Ebner earlier in the fourth quarter. Baylor finishes with a 7-and-6 record in coach Matt Rhule's second season after winning only one game in 2017.
