A federal agent pleaded guilty in federal court in San Antonio today to using his badge to get into child porn, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Prosecutors say Richard Gratkowski, who worked gang investigations for Homeland Security Investigations, Gratkowski used his status as a federal agent to buy the crypto-currency known as 'Bitcoin,' which he exchanged for access to a child porn web site on the dark web.
Gratkowski faces up to twenty years in federal prison when he is sentenced in March.
