Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office must comply with a federal judge's order to hand over all of its secret documents related to the questioning of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. The order comes after Flynn's attorneys said that the FBI had encouraged him not to bring an attorney to an interview last January. Flynn is scheduled to be sentenced for lying to authorities in the ongoing Russia probe. Judge Emmet Sullivan's order could delay that sentencing as he looks for any evidence of government misconduct in the investigation.
