Vice President Mike Pence and congressional leaders are praising the late President George H.W. Bush. The body of America's 41st President's body is lying in state in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda. During a ceremony today, Pence said Bush never failed to answer the call of service to his country. He noted that Bush oversaw the fall of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War. Pence also called him a good man who exemplified kindness and modesty.
