The race for governor in Florida is over. Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum posted a video on Facebook today conceding the race and congratulating Ron DeSantis on becoming the next governor of the state. Gillum initially conceded the race on election night, but then withdrew his concession as the race got a lot closer. However, the race was not deemed close enough to go any further after a machine recount on Thursday.
