The NFL is fining Texans safety Tyrann Mathieu for an illegal hit in the win over the Broncos. The fine is for nearly 27-thousand dollars for his collision with Denver receiver Emmanuel Sanders. Mathieu was flagged for unnecessary roughness on the hit. He said he is appealing the fine.
