Death Toll Climbs In California Wildfires

California wildfires have claimed the lives of at least 31 people.  In Northern California, the Camp Fire has killed 29 people, matching the Griffith Park Fire in 1933 as the deadliest on record.  Meanwhile in Southern California, the Woolsey Fire has killed two people.  Hundreds of thousands of residents have been displaced.  Governor Jerry Brown is asking President Trump to declare a major disaster, which would allow more federal emergency funds to flow into California.
