Lake Travis has reached its highest level in more than a decade, which is causing homes to flood at Graveyard Point for the first time since 2007.
The lake is now at 695.21 feet, which is 32.75 feet higher than the levels just seven days ago. Lake Travis is 15 feet above full entering into a major flood stage, according to the Lower Colorado River Authority.
Water is expected to continue to rise on Wednesday at an estimated 1 foot per hour.
Lake Travis is stilled closed, along with lakes Marble Falls, LBJ, Inks, and Buchanan.
