US Military Grounds Entire Fleet Of F-35s In Wake Of Crash

The U.S. military is grounding all F-35 fighter planes in the wake of a crash in South Carolina two weeks ago.  Operations of the planes will be paused until inspections are carried out to see if what is described as a suspect fuel tube in the plane's engine has been installed.  The temporary flight suspension will impact international partners like Israel, who have F-35s in their fleet.  The jets are the crown jewel in the U.S. fighter fleet, at a cost of $89-million-dollars per unit.
