Blake Snell became the first 20-game winner in the majors this season in the Rays' 4-0 shutout of the Rangers in Texas. Snell allowed just one hit over five frames to run his record to 20-and-5. Willy Adames hit a two-run homer and Joey Wendle added an RBI double in a three-run fourth for Tampa Bay. The Rays have won four straight, including back-to-back shutouts of Texas. Yovani Gallardo gave up three runs in five frames to take the loss for Texas. The Rangers have dropped three in-a-row.
