North, South Korea Agree To Denuclearization Goal

The leaders of South and North Korea say they agree on how to denuclearize the Korean peninsula. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said he has signed a military agreement with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.  Kim said North Korea would permanently dismantle its missile site with inspectors watching and would close the Yongbyon nuclear facility.  Moon announced inspectors would be able to visit North Korean facilities.  Kim also said he hopes to be the first North Korean leader to visit Seoul, sometime in the next year.
