Tyler Glasnow and three relievers combined on a two-hitter as the Rays blanked the Rangers 3-0 in Texas. Glasnow earned his first win with Tampa Bay and Sergio Romo closed it out for his 22nd save. Ji-Man Choi [[ Jee-Man Choy ]] singled in a run in the first and hit a solo homer in the sixth for the Rays, who have won three in-a-row to improve to 12-and-3 in September. Jake Bauers added some insurance with a sac-fly in the seventh. Rookie Adrian Sampson suffered his second loss in as many starts for Texas.
