Preparing for Hurricane Florence

FEMA is urging people in the path of Hurricane Florence to prepare for the massive storm.  FEMA Associate Administrator Jeff Byard says Florence is dangerous.  Byard says FEMA has pre-staged thousands of meals, water and other supplies at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, North Carolina, which will speed up distribution after the storm.  Byard warns Florence has the potential to cause loss of life and "massive" damage to the country.  The Category 4 storm is expected to hit the Carolina coast Thursday night into Friday morning.
