Alex Bregman hit his 30th home run of the season as the Astros edged the Red Sox 5-3 in Boston. Martin Maldonado also went deep and Tyler White hit an RBI triple for Houston. Charlie Morton tossed five innings of two run ball to earn his 14th win and Roberto Osuna locked down his 15th save. The Astros have won seven straight. Xander Bogaerts gave the Red Sox an early 1-0 lead with an RBI single and also homered in defeat. Eduardo Rodriguez was chased in the fourth inning and took the loss.
