A woman has died after she was stabbed repeatedly during an argument on the city's west side, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Witnesses saw the victim and a man arguing at the corner of Barcley and Castroville overnight.
They then saw the man pull a knife and stab the woman several times in the next and upper body.
She was rushed to University hospital, but died of her wounds.
Police have a line on the male suspect, but, so far, no arrests.
