Remembering the Queen of Soul

One of the most transcendent cultural figures of the 20th Century is dead.  The family of the "Queen of Soul," Aretha Franklin, confirms she died at the age of 76 of pancreatic cancer in Detroit.  Her death follows several years of hard-fought medical issues, which eventually led to Franklin cancelling shows and exiting from the public eye.  Franklin's hits include "Respect," "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman," "Chain of Fools," "Baby I Love You," "Angel," "Think," "Rock Steady," "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and "Freeway of Love," along with a bestselling gospel catalog.
