NCAA announces changes as result of FBI college basketball probe

The NCAA is announcing some big changes to college basketball as the result of an FBI investigation. New rules will allow some college and high school players to hire agents.  Also, if a player who declared for the NBA draft is not drafted they will be able to return and play.  The changes go into effect this year. To be eligible for an agent, college players must first request an evaluation from the NBA Undergraduate Advisory Committee.
