What colleges top Princeton Review's list of top party schools?

The University of Delaware has been designated the top party school in the country.  

The Princeton Review has released its list of the colleges and universities where students tend to do more partying.  Rankings included things like alcohol consumption and the number of hours spent outside the classroom.   The company also ranks Stone Cold Sober Schools, with Utah's Brigham Young University at the top of that list. 

The top party schools are: 

1 - University of Delaware 

2 - West Virginia University 

3 - Tulane University 

4 - Syracuse University 

5 - Bucknell University 

The top stone cold sober schools are: 

1 - Brigham Young University 

2 - College of the Ozarks 

3 - Wheaton College 

4 - Calvin College 

5 - United States Air Force Academy
