A raging inferno burning near Redding, California has become the state's seventh-most destructive in history. The Carr Fire sparked more than a week ago and has burned an area larger than Denver. So far it's destroyed more than 11-hundred buildings, including more than 800 homes. It's also claimed six lives, including two people fighting the blaze. The Northern California fire is so large it's creating its own weather system, making the job of predicting how it will behave that much more difficult. As of Monday night, the fire was 23 percent contained as forecasters predict strong winds and dry conditions will continue to make the firefighters' job more challenging.
