When a party begins with guests being patted down for weapons, you might expect that trouble is brewing.. And on San Antonio's southwest side, 1200 WOAI NewsRadio reports, the party ended with a bang.
Police say the host was patting down guests at the party in the 5500 block of Prairie Flower, which is off Five Palms Dr, when one guest objected to the pat down.
With good reason.
Police say the guest pulled a gun and shot the host, then ran away.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non life threatening wounds.
