President Trump took to Twitter to comment on his former attorney Michael Cohen for taping their conversations after Cohen's attorney publicly released a tape to CNN.
Cohen's attorney released the audio of what's said to be a secretly recorded 2016 conversation between Cohen and Trump during which the two men appeared to discuss payments to a former Playboy model who says she had a sexual relationship with Trump years earlier.
"What kind of a lawyer would tape a client?" Trump tweeted. "So sad! Is this a first, never heard of it before? Why was the tape so abruptly terminated while I was presumably saying positive things? I hear there are other clients and many reporters that are taped — can this be so? Too bad!"
