President Trump is again going after the Russia investigation as a hoax. On Twitter, he suggested that former President Obama should have told his campaign about possible Russian meddling in the 2016 election. He said Obama didn't let his campaign know because he thought Hillary Clinton was going to win. Last week, President Trump said he believed the U.S. intelligence community's conclusion that Russia was behind interference in the 2016 election.
