Another San Antonian woke up as a millionaire this morning, thanks to the Texas Lottery, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Officials say a ticket purchased at the H-E-B on West Avenue in Castle Hills has won a million dollars in the "$100 Million Texas Riches" scratch-off game.
The store gets a $10,000 bonus for selling the big winner.
The winner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, is the second San Antonian in a week to win a million bucks in a Texas Lottery scratch off game.
