An off-duty San Antonio firefighter was arrested today when he allegedly resisted arrest in a domestic violence case, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Deputies were called to the 12200 block of Redbud Leaf, which is in Alamo Ranch on the far west side, about noon today to investigate a report of a family disturbance in progress.
Deputies say when they arrived, Richard Galindo, 41, identified as an off duty firefighter, 'refused to comply with the investigation,' according to a statement from the Sheriff's office.
Deputies say they had to use a Taser on Galindo, after he 'refused to stop resisting detention,'
He has been charged with interference with the duties of a public servant.
