Blake Snell struck out 10 while pitching one-run ball into the eighth inning as the Rays edged the Astros 3-2 in St. Pete. Matt Duffy singled in two runs in the seventh and Mallex Smith homered in the eighth as Tampa Bay took the final three in the four-game series. Evan Gattis homered in the seventh and ninth for Houston. Charlie Morton struck out 11 in seven-plus frames, but took the loss.
