Jose Berrios and two relievers combined on a three-hit shutout as the Twins edged the Rangers 2-0 in Minneapolis. Berrios struck out 12 across seven frames for the win and Fernando Rodney struck out the side in the ninth for the save. Bobby Wilson and Robbie Grossman hit RBI singles to provide the offense. Minnesota avoided the sweep and snapped a three-game slide. Bartolo Colon surrendered both runs over seven innings to take the tough-luck loss. Texas had its season-long winning streak halted at seven games.
