It remains unclear what led to an explosion in an apartment building in a western German city. Twenty-five people are injured, including four severely, after the blast rocked the several-story building shortly before midnight last night. The detonation was so severe it reportedly destroyed the building's top three floors. Nearby buildings were also damaged. Officials didn't say if the explosion could be terror-related.
