The employment site Glassdoor.com has rated H-E-B's low profile C.E.O. Charles Butt as among the ten top corporate C.E.O's in the country, ahead of superstar bosses like Facebook's Mark Zuckererg.
Glassdoor routinely ranks H-E-B high in employee satisfaction and management.
And, a survey of thousands of shoppers by the retail analytics company Marketforce lists H-E-B, even though the company does business mainly in Texas and is not a presence across the rest of the country, as number five in the list of the best supermarket chains in the country.
Marketforce surveyed things like in store amenities and customer satisfaction.Number one was Rochester New York based Wegman's.
Wegman's won the bifecta along with H-E-B. It's C.E.O, Colleen Wegman also made Glassdoor's list of the top C.E.O.s
