A 25 year old San Antonio man is facing twenty years in prison after facing federal charges of Receipt of Child Pornography, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Officials say Guadalupe Garcia II! was charged after the Bexar County Sheriff's Office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that a person in San Antonio had 'uploaded multiple image and video files associated with child pornography.'
After checking out IP addresses, the FBI locted a device belonging to the defendant and discovered the images on the device.
Garcia is held without bond pending a detention hearing next week.
