Shots rang out in the parking lot of an east side motel overnight, and when the smoke cleared, a 24 year old man was bleeding from two gunshot wounds to the chest, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The shooting took place at the Super 7 Motel, which is located on W.W. White Road near I-10.
The victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition with life threatening wounds.
Witnesess saw the gunman jump into a silver car and speed away. The gunman is still out there.
