The Justice Department is calling Obamacare Unconstitutional

Usually, the federal government defends its laws in court, fighting against those who believe them to be unjust. That is unless we are talking about Obamacare.

The Trump administration said in a court that it will no longer defend key parts of the Affordable Care Act, including the requirement that people have health insurance and provisions that guarantee access to health insurance regardless of any medical conditions.

With Congress recently repealing a provision that said people without health insurance must pay a fine, many states are arguing that without the fine in place the requirement to have health insurance is unconstitutional and that the entire law should be struck down as a result.

Is this an attempt by the administration to have the courts do what they couldn't do last year and that's repeal Obamacare? Do you have an issue with the argument presented?
