Bartolo Colon tossed five innings of two-run ball to pick up his 243rd career win, tying Hall of Fame pitcher Juan Marichal for most wins by a Dominican-born player. Khris Davis crushed a two-run homer for Oakland in the loss. Daniel Mengden surrendered six runs over four frames to fall to 6-and-5. The A's have lost three-of-four.
