Mariners Dump Astros To Extend AL West Lead

Kyle Seager crushed a three-run homer to cap a four-run first inning for the Mariners in a 7-1 win over the Astros  in Houston. Mike Zunino and Jean Segura also went deep for the M's,  who have won five in-a-row.  James Paxton struck out six across  seven-and-two-third innings of one-run ball for his fifth win.  Seattle  leads the AL West at 38-and-22, now two games clear of Houston.  Dallas  Keuchel  gave up all seven runs over six-and-two-third  frames to fall to 3-and-8.  Marwin Gonzalez had an RBI double for the  'Stros, who lost their third straight.
