A feasibility report concerning McKalla Place’s suitability for a Major League Soccer stadium was released Friday, and the findings are positive for the North Austin location.
Overall, the report states, the location is suitable. Research determined the site currently complies with zoning, has sufficient utility capacity, and the need for daily on-site trips would be minimal.
McKalla Place is situated on 23.5 acres and is located near The Domain, a popular shopping center.
