The Rockets are one win away from pulling off a stunning Western Conference finals upset. Chris Paul scored 18 of his 20 points in the second half as Houston held on to beat the Warriors 98-94 in Game Five at the Toyota Center. Draymond Green turned the ball over for Golden State in the closing seconds with a chance to tie or take the lead, and Eric Gordon iced the game with two free throws at the other end. It was one of 18 Warriors' turnovers that led to 18 Rockets' points. Houston overcame an 0-and-11 night from James Harden behind the arc to take 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series. The Rockets can advance to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1995 with a Game Six win in Oakland on Saturday. Kevin Durant scored 29, Klay Thompson 23 and Steph Curry 22 in the loss.
