Tony Kemp drove in five runs as the Astros crushed the Giants 11-2 in Houston. Jose Altuve and Alex Bregman each contributed two hits and two RBI, while J.D. Davis walked three times and scored three runs. Gerrit Cole allowed two runs on four hits, while striking out eight in six innings to earn the victory. Houston is 5-and-1 in its last six. Brandon Crawford homered in the fifth with Evan Longoria aboard for San Francisco. Andrew Suarez took the loss, allowing five runs in four innings. The Giants dropped to 24-and-25.
