President Trump is thanking North Korea for announcing it will dismantle its nuclear test site by the end of the month. In a Saturday tweet, Trump called it "a very smart and gracious gesture." North Korea state media announced a dismantlement ceremony is scheduled for May 23rd, depending on weather conditions. KCNA also said international journalists, including those from the U.S., will be allowed to witness and report on the shut down.
