Diamondbacks drop Astros 3-1

A.J. Pollock drove in two and scored the decisive run as the Diamondbacks dropped the Astros 3-1 in the rubber match of a weekend series at Chase Field.  Pollock  hit an RBI-triple in the sixth that tied the game and then scored on an  error by Alex Bregman, who interfered with Pollock as he slid into third  base.  Matt Koch [[ cook ]] tossed six-and-a-third innings of one-run  ball to up his mark to 2-and-0.  Brad Boxberger closed it out for his  11th save.  The D'backs have yet to lose a series this season, going  10-0-and-1 so far.  They lead the National League at 23-and-11.  Bregman  went deep in the second inning for Houston's only run.  Justin  Verlander yielded two runs, just one earned, in six frames as he fell to  4-and-1.
