A man arrested in connection to a murder that occurred at a Northwest Side apartment complex claims it was in self-defense.
Rolando Garza turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest in the murder of Gerardo Aparicio at an apartment in the 7200 block of Snowden Road.
Garza, when transported by police, was very vocal, shouting, “I didn’t do it,” claiming self defense.
