Ronald Guzman went 2-for-4 with a RBI triple as the Rangers upended the Athletics 4-2 in Arlington. Isiah Kiner-Falefa singled in the go-ahead run in the bottom of the fifth inning to give Texas a 3-2 lead. Jesse Chavez struck out two batters in an inning-and-a-third to get the win as the Rangers snapped a two-game skid. Kendall Graveman dropped to 0-and-5 on the season after allowing three runs in six frames. Khris Davis hit a two-run homer for Oakland, which had won eight of its previous nine games.
