President Trump is accusing the "The New York Times" of attacking his lawyer in the hope that he'll turn against him. Trump tweeted this morning that the "Times" and a reporter named Maggie Habberman, who he called a "Crooked H flunkie," are going out of their way to destroy Michael Cohen and his relationship with Trump in the hope that he will "flip." In a series of tweets, the President claims the "Times" is using non-existent sources and a "drugged-up loser" to destroy Cohen. Trump adds, "Most people will flip if the government lets them out of trouble, even if it means lying or making up stories."
